It is my sworn statement that one Jack Rubinstein of Chicago noted as a potential witness for the House Committee on UnAmerican Activities is preforming information functions for the staff of Cong. Richard M. Nixon, Rep. of California. It is requested that Rubinstein not be called to open testimony in those aforementioned hearings.
