Investigate the Henry A. Kissinger Roundtable on Terrorism conducted by the CFR. Note especially the involvement of John O'Neill, Jerome Hauer and Maurice Sonenberg. Sonenberg was Vice Chairman of Bremer's National Commission on Terrorism.
